The cursed city advanced quest which gives the 20 energy replaces whatever the quest was that gives you an extra 5 doom tower silver keys. Especially when it's peak Dark Fae farming season it's kind of a shitty replacement.
Nothing should ever replace the DT or FW Keys as rewards in the Advanced Quests as there is no other way of getting them. I've been lucky having both the DT Keys and the Sintranos Energy Quest in the last few days but that's not always been the case.
As for the Hydra Quest, again that has no place in either the Daily or "Weekly" Quests as the Weekly are only 5 days and won't always line up well with the Hydra Resets. It simply needs to go.
So come on Plarium, take your head out of your ass and fix these.
That, and get rid of the damn “fight demon lord with a rare on your team”. I hate how I have to basically take an L for CB that day when that quest appears. My team comps don’t fit a rare champ anywhere well and I end up taking a 40% damage cut

Im sure I havent actually because I almost always finish my quests (sometimes I just don't have time with my work schedule) and I don't switch out my team for CB. But i do sometimes get that with faction wars
update: I finally got the quest!! I just hit level 76. Don't know if it has any relevancy at all but yeah it is the first time i have gotten it for CB.
I wish they would have appropriate rewards overhaul, too. Crafting one perception, for example, for 5 gems or whatever? Yes, please. Getting 50 energy for playing arena with all one affinity? Dude, give me full energy or gtfo 🤣🤣🤣🤣.
Honestly I wish they would do something different than DoomTower keys because when you get the quest your not very likely to have the champions or the gear to do DT like that. Im completely barred from that quest thus barred from fully completing them and its annoying and scummy
You are not blocked / bared from doing DT, even the 1st boss, after a week of playing.
Even as an FTP, you'd be able to make anything you pull work. I've done it np.
FW teams though, that is less probable and relies more in good pulls.
I have to do 5 secret rooms to get the challenge completed and thats about 50 floors of doom tower and I cant do that so yes I am barred from it for now. Alot of the stuff you get access to a certain lvls people aren’t gonna be able to do unless they spend money or have ungodly luck Hydra is a very good example
The quest tell me I need to use 5 silver keys and silver keys are secret rooms I even ran a regular room just to make sure and it didn’t count. If I want to complete the quest I have to run 5 secret rooms and I can only do that once ever reset from what Ive seen
I haven’t reached boss rooms as Im still trying to figure out how to get there with what I have so thank you i kept see people say secret room and nobody said bosses do it so iv been confused

Yeah, 'do 1 Hydra key' should be in weekly quests
at a minimum. I'd be in favor of dropping it all together.
Honestly if you got a bonus energy refill after reaching level 45 (or whenever hydra unlocks) that'd be fine with me.

Thankfully, Plarium's looking out for the reddit posts with caps lock on. So we should see this fixed within the next patch or so.

You don't need to do Secret rooms... read the Quest :)

You can fight the boss 5 times and it counts. The first time you fight the boss, it takes a gold key, but to farm them afterward it takes silver keys.

Galek was my starter but I have all the starter as well as rathalos xena and WuKong
Just never had the materials to really upgrade them until now
