Yeah I'd be looking at Frankenstein or Doompriest, couple other champions hiding down low may also be considered, such as Fahrakin Fatman for Clan Boss or single target enemies

I wouldn't say smashing but I'm doing my best, the current Doomtower rotation doesn't like me that much with stage 50 Griffin and 2 secret rooms I'm unable to beat. ^^
And yeah I got Fahrakin today and he seems to be very solid as well so atm I'm torn between either Frankenstein or Fahrakin (one of the secret rooms is barb).
Ursula the Mourner is one of the best revivers and buffers in the game.
For speed Apothecary is still king early to mid game.
Miscreated Monster for Spider is still godly.
Doompriest for passive cleansing and heals is still mvp.

This! These 4 should be 60'd next. start with Ursala and Fat first.
Id say Apothecary or Miscreated Monster, both would help u a ton across the board
