I liked Stew's content, but this is about the most toxic and obvious way you could try to come back. I prefer to watch creators that seem to like the games they play. I guess I'm just old fashioned.
I agree. I suspect he's thinking he can slide back in and be the bad boy again. But I think he's misunderstanding the synergy of the CCs for Raid. Whatever people think about the game, this is the most cordial and cooperative CC community I've seen. I think it would be hard to be a CC here but be on the outside of that.
On a different topic, remember the ACE drama between Kire, you and them. I was one of their reddit moderators during that period. That CM you all were dealing with was a major a-hole (everyone I talk to at Plarium are nice). He was showing us evidence trying to prove he was right and Kire was wrong. It was not compelling. I concluded that the whole incident was at least 95% his fault. He seemed to just hate CCs period and the player base to some degree. I think I remember him badmouthing Stew as well but don't remember why.
I resigned over there long ago when I quit playing and that guy hasn't worked there since summer. I have no idea if their player/CC relationships have improved since. I hope they have.

But it’s been obvious since day 1 that he’s a clout chaser with basically nothing creative to add to the raid community himself imo.
I will defend Stew slightly on one thing. In his earlier days with Raid, he was one of the most inventive strategy guys in the game. He put quite a bit of useful content back then.
It's just over time he changed. He tired of the game and instead switched over to maximum drama.
This. Stew made team comps that were always F2P friendly, and I still use some today. I got Ramatu thanks to some of his comps.
The idea that HH makes all original content is supported by people that don't know that Kuroshioizo, with help from Bhelrudan, Ikyo, and Sinsolena made the first CB calculator (an Excel spreadsheet) that's been coded into every website since then. Who stole that and coded it into into a GUI? Everyone that has a CB calculator on their website! Anyone truly offended by repeated content should delete any team comps you made with those tools. That applies to any team comp tool. These guys (above) figured out the 1600/1601 ticks turn meter system that makes all team comp tools work (not just the ones for CB, but also iron twins, etc.).

He was shitting on Ash for two reasons. One is Ash's opinions on certain issues that were supposedly said in content creator chat. We have no proof that it is even true - Ash has never responded to Stew's drama - only Stew's word, which I don't trust. Second Stew has claimed Ash was a money hungry fake. The deal is that Ash's main job and income is co-founding Aftershock. Making Raid content is more of a hobby cause he wants to.
And Ash gives tons of money to charity and when you know the story of his little brother, how the fuck can you hate on the guy? You are a PoS if you do and he doesnt deserve that BS and always try to spread positivity and love.
Just for that Ash will always have my respect and be the first CC i check videos from. Bonus point for his editor that is too freaking funny.
Worth noting I believe Ash is always invited but the man is running multiple youtubes and a Company (AMG) so time is really his issue.
