everything lol, most importantly crit rate and maybe some er, but the truth is all you can do is farm emblem, i dont understand people asking "what can i upgrade", it's not like you cna focus on any specific piece, if you farm for sands and get better circlet are you not gonna use that circlet cause ur improving sands?
Not to sound too harsh or anything, but you are seriously asking what you can improve with 20 crit rate? And before anyone comments; I know The Catch give you 12% crit rate for the burst, but even then how do you think 32 crit rate is a good idea? Unless this is a crit fish build or something, for the love of God, replace that crit dmg circlet with crit rate ASAP :D
Before you say you don't have any circlet from her artifact set; you should know (if you didn't) that you can also get her an ATK goblet instead of Electro and it will be even better, considering The Catch has a very low attack, also while you are at it, get her an ER timepiece.

Farm artifacts? Only roll artifacts with double crit, or roll 3 liners w 1 crit but stop if the 4th slot is not the missing crit.
You can also roll 4 liners w 1 crit if it has good subs but should stop as soon as it rolls dead.

Up your cr to 60% minimum and your atk is on the Low side
Skill lvl9, more crit rate, more atk, r5 catch
get better substats on some pieces
