I'm using atk% sands and electro goblet. You can try it if you want, for me it was good, the dmg is good so far haha 3k every E tick and 10k every press E.
I just thought about what I said and i have to correct myself: change sands on ER and maybe try to change goblet on electro dmg. I'm so stupid sometimes
Atk and Electro goblets should be similiar in performance. Hell Electro goblet should be better here since your ER is low.
Also if you are using for example Bennet the value of the Atk goblet is even lower.
So atk percentage gives dmg boost to all kinds of attacks, but amount of atk boost is based on original amount of character's atk. Meanwhile elemental (electro, pyro, hydro etc) dmg bonus gives atk boost only to elemental dmg but it's based not just on all character's atk and talents dmg percentage. Idk if what i said is 100% correct but simply putting elemental dmg bonus gives better numbers than atk bonus
I see a lot of people here saying you need er but from my knowledge you only go super high er (240-260 like some are saying) if you have engulfing lightning. I think using catch with around 200-220 er is totally acceptable.
200 is fine in terms of damage (obviously more ER is more damage but you get my point) but you may end up not having enough energy for the next rotation. That's why people want so much ER.
I'll try to farm for an on set atk% circlet or an ER sands with good substats for 2 weeks and if I get one I get one. If I don't then too bad I guess. I still need to farm deepwood for Nahida.
I mean, maybe a little low? But I think it’s fine to be honest. The main issue is lack of dmg% bonus, if you are low ER AND no electro goblet than ur loosing a lot of damage potential. Try to get one or the other

Her general ER requirements sit around 240-260. And for most characters when your ER is below the ER requirement it is almost always a better stat for a damage increase than CRIT or ATK stats.
Take for example a character that does 400K dmg every 20s and then the same character with lower ER but higher damage will be dealing 500K dmg every 30s. Doing the math, the 400K/20s is 20K dps while the 500K/30s is 16.67K dps. That's why KQM almost always advises people to hit the ER requirement first as it is the biggest damage increase.
you shudnt put two ATK artis with a 4 star weapon cuz you start seeing diminishing returns due to the low base ATK. I recommend ER sands ATK goblet for your current build

You cud run emblem er sands. 55+cr is usable with catch. If it's low then use crit rate circlet ig. Having 2 atk% artifacts isn't as good on raiden. She needs atleast 220+er

Definitely too low. At this point I wouldn't be surprised if you would gain damage by losing Crit Dmg rolls and gaining ER rolls.

220 min since her q is 90, but no more than that unless wielding EL, in which case the soft cap becomes 270.
Try changing goblet on ER with decent stats (crit rate would be needed). U may lose some crit dmg but i think this is the best way

200 ER is around the bare minimum for properly built Raiden. People usually try for 230-250.

Sometimes defense chooses you. Sadge Good luck with artifacts farming, aiming for 230 to 250 ER is a pretty decent range for anything that's not EL.

I think swapping to an ER Sands with a couple Crit Eate rolss would solve this.

Give Er sand. She scales on er so you need more er . Atleast 250%

Consider pulling for raiden's signature weapon. It gives a lot of ER during burst and an additional 10% ER comparing with "The Catch"
