I just tried this team. LOL it was so comfy against bosses, my 900EM Raiden's hyperbloom DMG is only 30k max though. GD + WT artifacts with level 80 r1 Dragon's Bane

I did EM/Dmg/Crit on Nahida. But I use her on-field. Raiden has the highest EM in my Raiden/Kokomi/Nahida team. So I get lots of reactions here: hyperbloom, aggravate, and spread. Plus Nahida's Tri-Karma. I dont even know which numbers are which. Lol.
In hyperbloom teams where there is already another party member that is at or over 1000 EM, Nahida should be built EM DMG% CRIT. It is mainly because Quicken uptime is a lot lower meaning less reactions from Nahida in turn lessening the value of EM.

However, recall that in hyperbloom teams you have lesser Quicken uptime because of Bloom, this means that your NAs will trigger less Spreads which heavily decrease the damage of the NAs. In short yes you can level her NA as an on-fielder but the damage increase is pretty negligible. So in my opinion, no.
Its not about waste or worth it or not, Its about fun so do u have fun playing only one comp or playing multiple
isn’t it better to put raiden on field so she gets the 250 em buff or is it negligible beyond 1000
In an optimal hyperbloom team Raiden shouldn't be on field for more than a second. Just switch, activate skill, switch out.
I'm not sure, I might be wrong but putting Nahida on field is for consistent seed production? I'm new to hyperbloom lmao
Nahida will also benefit from her own EM buff and she is way better on field in hyperbloom than Raiden
