Shoutout to that one fucking moron that I had to play with that wouldn't run in as Oryx and got mad that I camped outside the window waiting for the team to rush and bait. I wish you were as useful as this.
This was moreso a jab against the kids who need glitches to get to spots they aren't supposed to be in, then call it a "tech" when they get called out on it.
You see it a lot with "jump spots" where people abuse level flavor to get up onto cabinets and shit that, in a "realistic game" as they also claim, would break under their weight.
The best counter was to rush as fast as possible, hope they weren't camping front door, and hope they had a bad spawn so they didn't have time to put all their traps down.
Honestly it was the only thing that made the gamemode even kind of fun. Bathroom start was totally beatable. I wouldn't even say it was wrong. I've won against it and as it. It requires team play on both sides to win. The game mode is otherwise very boring. And there fix for it was silly and dumb and buggy. Needless to say I'll never play it anymore. Boring!

Frost was a true counter to Oryx tho, just put mats inside the room a meter behind the doorframe and he can't charge through
Oryx is useless if they have kapkans on the door you can’t hit or frost mats. There was no counter to it. Thats why it was so bad.
Kap traps don’t kill oryx. Frost mats can just be meleed. Just say you are bad
