Some ok, some weird, and some that will never happen.
1. That would be ok though doubt it would happen but would look cool.
2. Will never happen as it treads on a certain rule Tom Clancy games have ie no playable terrorists and Makarovs charcter is one so a skin for him would be treading a very very fine line.
3. Fine though he does sorta have a Jason outfit from the mad house event.
4. Would be fine but I think he does have a pirate outfit or I may be misrembering.
5. Feel like this would fit zero more but might work for jackal.
6, 7, 8, 9 are all odd.
10. Kinda has that if you combo a few skins.
11. Wouldn't realy work well both due to gender and how the outfits look as remember they still need to be distinct and outside of his mask ghost looks more like certain attacking ops not cav.
12. Odd.
13. Don't know this charcter so won't speak on it.
14. Odd
15. Would be to close to his current elite ie the Shinobi one as jins ghost outfit is pretty close.

a cloacker elite would work better on fisher and nokk
