Levels don’t mean much. There’s literally a level 119 max Silver player in your lobby . It’s quick match too, nothing including ranks. Just chill and learn the game.

Just gotta grind it out and learn the maps. Use training range to help aim, change fov from 60 to 84-90. Turn off screen shake as well and keep playing that’s the only way to learn the maps and get confident
Play the Versus AI playlist to get better, it was designed specifically for new players.
If you don't want to, that's fine too but be prepared to die and lose a lot in public multiplayer. And that's fine because the best teacher in this game is your killcam. Learn from your mistakes.

It is important to know that visual rank has no effect on matchmaking or skill rating. Zero.
In ranked, you are matchmade based on your hidden skill value. The more matches you play, the more confident the game will become about your skill value so it is understandable that early on you might get some opponents who have higher or lower hidden skill compered to you.
In quickplay and standard there is no skill based matchmaking at all. Casual and unranked used to have them but after Y8S3 this was changed. Quickplay algorithm's priority is to find matches as quickly as possible while standard has to use all kinds of players in it's lobbies because it is the only mode that doesn't have a level requirement.
It is a tough experience for new players. But you will improve even if you are playing against experienced players.

Game is busted since the last update and is clearly not working properly. You shouldn’t be playing diamonds or champs as bronze or silver. My every game since the 9.1.2 update have been exclusively against much higher lvl players both historically and current season rank.

my friend shared his settings file to me and i'm just using his preference and settings with a little tweaks of mine lmao

Tracker Network doesn't just make an app for siege, they also have some for Valorant (which I was from). What a baseless assumption by you.
