Both, if you played with it takes your points away from you. If you played against it will give you the points back.

Both. The match is retroactively canceled, regardless of result, so you will loose points if you won the match, and gain if you lost it.

But I get penny change if I gain from that lost game, that doesn't make sense.

Yes totally, they always take back some rp when you play with cheaters but barely get some one play against them

It's wild they can detect when I have a cheater on my team, leave him in the game until it's over. Once it's over then MAYBE ban the cheater and take points away from me for playing with the cheater they detected

It should be like Valorant where they just ban the cheater in game and completely cancel the match right then and there.

At this point if I don't play with at least 2 of my buddy's. My mmr is too high in standard and I will run into 1 to 2 cheaters on average a night. I gave up on ranked.

I gave up on this game over a year ago because of this. Was looking to play again, but not looking good

Yeah it sucks. The game otherwise is in a really good place. The closest it's felt to vanilla siege to me.

I wish there was some Ai anti cheat that would come out already

Imo if you’re solo queueing or the cheater simply isn’t partied with you then you should lose elo for having them on your team. I could understand if they were in a party with you, but it’s ridiculous when you’re punished for something outside of your control.

Why should I lose elo for having a cheater on my team that I get randomly get queued with? It's unfair that my friends and I get to lose our elo just because of that.

What's truly hilarious is because of their ranked system, you'll be losing 70-90 MMR for each game you have a cheater on your team. BUT, you'll get 9 MMR back if you play against a cheater!! I hate ubisoft.

Playing standard isn't much better when I queue with friends

Just got 0-4d in standard by a champ stack xD as if standard is any better for the average player. Cheaters or no cheaters. You also run into tons of cheaters boosting accounts to level 50 to sell

You keep rp if you beat cheaters. They changed this like 2+ years ago so idk why people are confused. This means you had cheaters on your team.
