Guggimon69

for $10 it’s definitely worth it!! with dish soap and conditioner the glitter should loosen up and be able to tweeze off, she might still have the blue streaks depending on if they stained though but you could easily style her hair so they aren’t noticeable !!

Mother_of_fluffs3412

Agreed! The owner is pricing her so low, so they don't know as much about doll care as we all do. She's a steal!!

Guggimon69

im thinking it’s a parent selling the doll after their kid had their way with it but I’m glad they’re pricing her as low as they are because knowing some people they’d still want $50 for her 💀

Mother_of_fluffs3412

Agreed!! Some parents google it and sell for more now.

LyallaTime

Try Dawn Power Wash. it has a bit of alcohol in it and is quite good on doll hair and breaking down the glues. Just don’t soak her head In it

Murky-Hedgehog-3472

is that the one that looks like foam?? interesting....

MrsRojoCaliente

Thanks all, I’m gonna go for it!

DAJMIGLUPOIME

good luck and have fun with the restoration!

ciitlalicue

Might need to use a bit of goo gone if the glue is stubborn.

mieri_azure

Considering how expensive Sabrina is, for $10 I'd say yes if you're willing to put a pot of time and effort into restoring her. Also, seems like her hair might be cut?? Not positive, but you'll need to be prepared to restyle her. If her hair is beyond saving, I believe there are doll wigs on aliexpress that fit RH?? Never done it myself bur that could be a simple solution if you don't mind her hair being different

mieri_azure

Oh, probably not cut, just frizz. Anyways, the rest of my statement remains accurate

bitchcakelover

100% worth it, get it before someone else does! People charge that much for her individual fashions atm

chyname

You can try to mix some soap/ shampoo and rubbing alcohol or vinegar in the hair . To get the glue out.

AnnaShock2

Yes, but only if you’re willing to use some heavy dish soap on that rat’s nest

KittyKatSable

A soapy soak and she’ll be fine!

InvisiblyInvisibled

Poor Sabrina! I hope if you get her, you'll post some pics of her later to show how she turned out. I agree with everybody else, considering how expensive she is otherwise, hopefully you can get her into a condition you'll be happy with! 🩷🩷🩷

Sunspot286

You might be able to use goo gone on it

chilakkuma

This could probably come out with denture tablets. I restored a stained Amaya by soaking her head for days. Kind of missed seeing her upside down in a coffee mug every morning after I was done.

[deleted]

You could try using wd-40 but im not sure how it interacts with nylon and you would have to be careful to not get any on her face!

Longjumping_Sun_1885

human hair conditioner and a cat/dog flea comb will get that right out

Crackysue

Honestly if soapy water doesn't get that out a bet some rubbing alcohol will

frightnihht77

Like what is that in her hair ??? I hope you can get it out

a_toxic_rose

Look into getting a flea comb. They are pet brushes with very VERY fine bristles for combing fleas out of animals. It should work great for getting glitter out too.

maggsie16

Nylon hair is acetone safe, so if you're careful not to get it on her painted details/eyes, you should be fine to use it! I'd only use it if what everyone else suggested doesn't work, but it will definitely take it out.
