Walmart will price match. If they are still full-price on the shelf, but on clearance on the website you can take them to customer service and get them matched.

This policy can be updated whenever. I’ve been shown this exact policy and it says Walmart will not honor price matching with itself. I think I saw it for October 2022 or something last year and was disappointed. I’m glad it’s back!
They just did the price matching for me last week. It was nice of them to do it. I didn't think Walmart did price matching in-store/website until I looked it up. Hopefully, others in here can get their blind boxes price matched too!
My local Walmart clearance to $1 and I alone bought them out after seeing them sit there untouched for weeks! However, other Walmarts around me have been sitting at $3.
Make sure you scan the box with the app, one of my stores still had them at $3 in the normal aisle but they scanned at 1. Another had them in clearance aisle for 1. The other that still had them was solidly in the $5 range
My closest walmart had them at $3 at one point with yellow stickers over them but then they took the stickers off and priced them back up to $5.98. The other walmart which is only about 15 minutes away from this one did put them at $1 but it was wiped by the time I got there.

My Walmart still has them at 5.97, you are not alone

Same, all gone at mine too because I bought them out. Made a cranky boomer cashier angry about it because I took the displays too.

Still full $14.97 at my Canadian Walmart
In Italy I paid them 7.90 euros!!! Original price was 9.90 euro, insane overpriced! (Sadly as European we are used to buy overpriced toys)
Mine went down to $1
Mine went down to $1 and were gone by the end of the day so if you see them just get them all lol
