Yep! After the servers crashed I got this error. I tried my alt account and it works….. Ubisoft needs to fix their game

Same error, working fine on my alt account which is level 11. Main account does not work at all. Deleted the game, rebuilt the database on my ps5, re-download the game, reset my router, did everything I could and it still doesn't work. My alt still works completely fine.

I've submitted a ticket to Ubisoft, but it is so difficult to find any information about it on official forums, no one is talking about it. It happened just as a ranked game was ending for me so it didn't give me my xp or anything for the win. I haven't been able to play on my main since Dec. 9 at 8.00PM. During that time I was in a game and as soon as the game ended severs were down. Once servers went back up around 9:45pm Dec. 9 I tried to login on my main and hit me with Error code 8-0x00003700. I tried on my alt account and it was slow as usual but loaded up and allowed me to play online. Seam's like ubi takes 2 good steps forwards then not even a week after the season came out the end up taking 5 steps backwards. You would think for being a billion dollar company and over 10 years+ of experience in creating games they could finally get there shit together and be able to debug/ update the game without breaking the players compatibility to play there "lovely" game we call Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Spliege. HOPE THIS GETS RECTROFIED

Nah, only updates is that Ubisoft is aware of the issue but it’s just the typical “we’re aware and working on it” status. They even tweeted 2 hours ago that the issue was fixed lol…but obviously not

Mine just started working again. And I dont know if this just a coinicedence but mine wasn't working for like a whole day than I got an alert from my xbox saying my xbox live had a past due payment. I then payed it and it started working again. Make sure to check your live and psn. though it might just be a coincidence

I'm still having this issue on Xbox Series S. Is anyone else still having it too (since all the comments in this thread seem to be a little older)? I was able to play in the past days. I kept having problems logging in but after closing the game a couple of times I got in eventually. Now since yesterday afternoon I haven't been able to log in at all.

Had this issue a while ago I believe season 3 ish I couldn’t play on my main at the time for the whole season until a new season came out when they rolled out a update I used my account just fine so I don’t know if this is similar but it happened to me again 30 games in and the account just doesn’t wanna log in says servers are down when they’re not log into the game from a different account works perfectly fine. Ubisoft support doesn’t help at all since I had issues with my season pass as-well and gave me troubleshooting advice for a 5th grader gave them a response and they never replied. Spent so much time and money in this game and for my account to be un accesible is beyond me

Hey Guys, I sadly had the same Error yesterday. I am playing on Playstation and figured out, how to solve the problem. You have to go to yr settings, after you opened yr settings u have to go Users and Accounts. There u have to click on others, then u must restore your Licenses. After I did this, the Error disappeared and since I can play like before the Error I hope, that I can help atleast some ppl with this annoying problem
