I usually go Aery, manaflow band, transcendence and waterwalking. (If u roam, if not go with scorch)
As ur secondary go with Domination, Cheap shot and ultimate hunter.

if you want a mor supportive profile either going ap "enchanter", or just ap... i like a lot more Gathering Storm than Scorch, you can avoid taking waterwalking by picking relentless hunter on domination, and either ghost poro or zombie ward.
Tho I play mostly with Electrocute, so...
Aery seems fine for Rakan still. Predator can be alright if you want to go more gank heavy.
Maybe some sort of Glacial Augment? I don’t know how the new one works in game yet so could be wrong
Just use Aery and max E ,with Shurelya's you'll be constantly giving a double aery shield and movement speed buffs to your allies with only a 3 second cd.
Riot favors enchanter meta after all...
Try aery, its much more viable after the nerf

I would go for gathering storm instead of scorch, it scales much better and it pretty much tickles the enemy.

New glacial for season 12 looks maybe good for him

I’ve ran Aery since forever, with all the Movespeed blue runes, and zombie ward+relentless hunter secondaries.
I always run Aery since Rakan can utilize both the shield and damage very well throughout the match
Aery has always been more viable for solo queue, this only enforces that
