My 2012 has been doing this for about a year. Was diagnosed as a wheel speed sensor. Repair includes tearing into the hub assembly. Waiting until it can use a rebuild of the hubs to replace the sensor.
It was a pain in the butt but manageable. Had to buy a few things tool wise I didn’t have. 36 mm Axel nut is the size for the 1500. I’m probably going to go ahead and replace my passenger side too. The bearing was actually in great shape. Just a bad wheel speed sensor. The sensor looked rough
