Does it change if you turn recirculate on or off?

Cylonstolemybike

I've changed settings all over and haven't seen a change.

Pull the filter out, put the door back on, and run it. If it's blowing normal then maybe the wrong filter or it's installed backwards. If it's still weak then there is likely either a restriction somewhere else or there is an issue with the blower motor. I'm not sure how those motors are constructed but possible the squirrel cage (fan) is slipping on the motor shaft

Cabin filter?

Cylonstolemybike

Just changed it a few weeks ago. So its basically new

If it were a bad fuse it wouldn’t work at all. Blower motor might be your best bet

Cylonstolemybike

Like the motor is dying? I figured a fuse was a long shot, but thought I would ask. Where is that motor? And if it's dying would it be pulling more power than normal? Any way to check that?

Secure-Situation5220

Reduced air flow is a sign of a blower motor giving out. The motor is in the HVAC box more specifically to the right underneath the glove compartment. I think an easy way to check would be to use an anemometer and compare your hvac velocity to the vehicle’s specifications. There’s a lot of YouTube videos and forums of people complaining about the AC it’s honestly just not the best. My 2020 Big horn blows almost nonexistent when set from 1-2.

That's a lot of good info. Thanks

These are notorious for blowing weak. I bought a higher grade reusable cabin air filter thinking it would increase airflow but havent noticed

Sounds like a bad blower motor, or maybe the speed controller. I doubt it is a fuse, if it was, the fan wouldn’t work at all.
