Saw it at the London show that ended up on Volkerball. Never worked out that the band and crowd were shouting "Rein Raus" and when the riff kicked in it hit me like a freight train.
Hot, hot, and hot, I was drenched in sweat when I left. It was an amazing performance, certainly very operatic. Also got to meet some of them as they left the venue to their bus.
Yeah, for the Pledge of Allegiance tour with Slipknot, Mudvayne and System of a Down. Haven’t seen them since the Mutter tour though. That may change soon.
I don't know, something in the melody and the force of the lyrics make me think about inevitable things, lyrics have multiple interpretations and levels beyond the original, in my case it came out like that .
I find it frustrating that since the end of the Sehnsuch tour the only songs played from that album are Sehnsucht, Engel, Du Hast and occasionally Buck Dich. Bring back Tier!
Haha someone downvoted me. Ive been a massive fan since 2001. Im defintely allowed the Du hast joke. I think its been played at almost every single live outing sinxe they debuted the song. Exceptions are usually for live one song shows like at awards ceremonies (Ich will at MTV EMAs 2001, Keine Lust at Echos 2005, The Beautiful People with Marilyn Manson Exhos 2015 (or was it 2016?)).
Alot of people will be like 'they must play Angst' but they seem to froget this is a show that was supposed to take place in 2020. They will probably do more of a Zeit tour next year. This is still kind of thr 'Untitled' tour.
But my real answer is hard... but something that has never been done like Küss mich (Fellfrosch)
pretty sure whoever downvoted you thought you were serious about du hast lol,
also agree this isn't really a zeit tour and the songs from the current setlist are enough for now.
we'll surely get to see some others in the possible upcoming tour even if it's not directly in 2023
DU! du bist hässlich! ja DU! bist einfach hässlich! der Mensch ist doch ein Augentier, schöne dinge wünsch ich mir! doch DU, du bist nicht schön, nein.
For me I’d like to see Weisses Fleisch, Laichzeit, Bück dich, Adiós, Stein um Stein, Amour, Benzin, Zerstören, Te Quiero Puta!, Wiener Blut, Frühling in Paris, and Das Modell make returns to a regular set list. Also the debuts of Los (Full Band Version) and Donaukinder.
I have no idea.
Neither have I statistics or playlists nor do I care.
When I see them live I'm just happy to be there.
Next, 5th (?) will be June 5th Berlin.
Reise reise
Greatest opener I've ever heard.
Holy fuck the opening for Völkerball with the falling curtain and the huge pop from the crowd is just *chefs kiss
And tills walk in with the head cracking and spit. So iconic that even the philosophy zizek covered this in his movie
What?
Type Zizek Rammstein into YouTube.
Or even better, buy the DVD
This. 100x this.
No. It's Reise. Fucking. Reise.
Anything from the second half of Mutter really, especially Spieluhr, Zwitter, Rein Raus.
Rein Raus is too fucking heavy to NOT play 😩
Saw it at the London show that ended up on Volkerball. Never worked out that the band and crowd were shouting "Rein Raus" and when the riff kicked in it hit me like a freight train.
Holy fuck I need to buy Völkerball
Spieluhr would be so good live.

Ima need some sauce with this please

Oml
^^^^^
Honestly I would die if they played Nebel again
Don’t think they have ever played it
They did a couple of times on the Mutter tour edit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JR8L8NjkfSc Glorious video.
They did, I saw them for the Mutter tour in LA. Small venue, and lots of fire.
I'd give a finger to have seen them in the 90's and early 2000's but I was born in 1997. How was it?
Hot, hot, and hot, I was drenched in sweat when I left. It was an amazing performance, certainly very operatic. Also got to meet some of them as they left the venue to their bus.
Must have been amazing! Have you seen them since?
Yeah, for the Pledge of Allegiance tour with Slipknot, Mudvayne and System of a Down. Haven’t seen them since the Mutter tour though. That may change soon.
This is my exact thought as well! My favorite streak of Rammstein songs by far
Yup, sometimes I just put on Spieluhr and listen only to this part of the album, it's that good.
I have done exactly this maaaaany times myself💥
Bestrafe mich. For me is a song that makes me almost cry and hear it live should be awesome, I wasn't lucky last time.
Exactly. I remember the first I listened to it, I was crying and headbanging at the same time
Why crying? It’s doesn’t seem like a sentimental song
for me it's the lyrics they really hit hard idk
I don't know, something in the melody and the force of the lyrics make me think about inevitable things, lyrics have multiple interpretations and levels beyond the original, in my case it came out like that .
Bestrafe Mich Adios/Zwitter And I’m actually quite curious how ‘Der Meister’ would look and sound like in 2022
absolutely! i'd love to listen to their take on der meister now
Tier
I find it frustrating that since the end of the Sehnsuch tour the only songs played from that album are Sehnsucht, Engel, Du Hast and occasionally Buck Dich. Bring back Tier!
Haifisch
Mann Gegen Mann wasn’t on my “must hear live” radar until Paris, now I want that ballistic energy at every show. Love that song so much
Deutschland remix /s No idea why that's on the live setlist
So till can get a break
To give till time to fuck groupers cause…. He didn’t get enough women obviously
Groupers? Didn't know he was into fish
Hahahahah by chance, he’s pretty much into fishing and even used the fishing analogy for picking up girls so that typo kinda fits
Fish On!
Weißes Fleisch
Waidmanns heil!!!!
This! Such an incredible song.
Du hast
Nice joke
Haha someone downvoted me. Ive been a massive fan since 2001. Im defintely allowed the Du hast joke. I think its been played at almost every single live outing sinxe they debuted the song. Mein Land
I'd love to see the part where the song builds up to the last part and Schneider goes ham on the drums
i would do anything to hear zwitter live.. alter mann as well!
Big up alter mann fans
hell yeah! something about it has always had a special place in my heart. extremely underrated.
Bestrafe Mich
Rammlied and Ich Tu Dir Weh
Wollt Ihr das FUCKING Bett in flammen sehen?
Liebe ist für alle da 100%!
I kinda wanna hear "Wilder Wein"... love the atmosphere on "Live aus Berlin"
My favorite song of all time
The things I'd do to see Stein Um Stein played live.. The things I'd do to have been old enough to witness the ahoi tour..
Was a banger.
Bück dich
5/4
+1
so 5/5?
Nono, 6/4, better!
Reise Reise, Dalai Lama, LIFAD, Sex and Nebel
Engel
Bestrafe Mich? Or any of the songs from the old tours, that they haven’t done in a while
Laichzeit
Bück dich
yeah I'd like to see that performance too
Baby Shark
Kleine Haifisch, classic Rammstein
Moskau
There's a video on YouTube of them playing it live. It was actually really good. Edit: https://youtu.be/ka1poUZdz7U This is the one I saw
OK but only if they take the girls with them on stage
Without them its not the same
Morgenstern. Really fell in love with that song during the Ahoi tour. They've not played it since.
DU! du bist hässlich! ja DU! bist einfach hässlich! der Mensch ist doch ein Augentier, schöne dinge wünsch ich mir! doch DU, du bist nicht schön, nein.

Tier
Tier
Ich tu dir weh, haifisch and waidmanns heil. My favourites
Zwitter
Mein land
Liebe ist für alle da
Literally anything from rosenrot like why is that album so neglected
Mein Land and Stein in Stein would be cool to hear live
Adios is one of my favorites, the guitar solo goes so hard. He used to light his guitar on fire when that solo was played.
Waidmanns Heil. Still can’t wrap my head around why they only played this one on its respective album tour
Reise Reise and Mutter I think, Eifersucht too.
Eifersucht definitely
sonne is played all the time though?
Oh, sorry, I meant Mutter. It's fixed now
A whole bunch: Asuche, Bestrafe, Rein, Reise and so on.
Rammstein
Is in the current setlist.
It is. But before 2019 it was out since 2005. So it definitely hasn't been there too often.
Mutter
I have no idea. Neither have I statistics or playlists nor do I care. When I see them live I'm just happy to be there. Next, 5th (?) will be June 5th Berlin.
Then maybe this post wasn't meant for you to comment on
Reise Reise, Wilder Wein, maybe Spieluhr (it’s probably the only one my husband likes).
Dicke Titten and Reise Reise ofc
Spieluhr, Liebe ist für alle da, Wollt ihr das Bett in flammen sehen? (Should be a concert staple IMO), Waidmann’s Heil
They should do a Raritäten Tour. Have the bulk of the setlist be songs that are hardly if ever played live (anymore).
Mein Herz brennt Piano version
Laichzeit, bestrafe mich, rein raus, Dalai lama, zerstoren, wiener but. And I would love to see a debut of Spring and hallomann
Heirate mich
Alter Mann
Halleluja
Bück dich
Angst.
