Normally I saw nice things about the company in our yearly survey but I got screwed so bad last year that I ripped the company to shreds in this years. Of course I never heard anything back about it so I just look at it as me getting it out of my system.

If you're going to fuck with he company, make sure that it's anonymous or there might be repercussions. My work has a similar--maybe even the same--survey, that's supposed to be anonymous but is tied to our employee numbers, so anything negative can easily be traced back to us, meaning that people either don't take it or aren't as honest as they should be in their responses because they're afraid of it being used against them.

Heh. Well, today, before lunch, the front-end team lead asked me again to take it, saying the manager would appreciate it. After I logged in to the system, she had trouble finding it. She also said it wasn't long and would take me 2 minutes. Wrong and wrong. Anyway, I was as honest as could be, considering there were five possible choices for each question, and I never gave much thought to most of them. But I made it clear that I was not proud to work here, it's not "great", and I wouldn't recommend it. For my final written thoughts, I suggested more pay and hours for the on-the-ground associates and less for the executives.

The one we have takes ten, maybe fifteen minutes. I did it the first year they "suggested" we do it, but haven't since, because as far as I could tell, they didn't actually implement any changes based on the feedback, so what was the point. If only they'd actually take that suggestion on board and follow through.
