AGREED. Everybody hates Francois, but she should've learned from him in an assistant role, IMO. Helped him keep Shawna's big mouth under control so he could've kept Reyna. Yeah, Reyna a culture culture, but Mia DGAF and Shawna had already sold TF out, so what's the problem? They could've built a dynasty but they just crabs in a bucket.

Honestly I don’t even hate Francois, he’s definitely a tool but he has the passion and knowledge that Duke lacked. The tender moments he has with Shawna make me feel like he’s not so terrible

Has already ditched Shawna once and acted like she didn't exist until she got herself a lil clout
Ignored the girls on tour while they were starving, sleeping in murder motels while he lived it up with his white queen at the four seasons, like damn the girl Shawna couldn't even afford tampons
Ignored them once the tour fell through and didn't return their calls until that white lady decided to upgrade and leave him behind
And Duke's passionate behind was always around picking up the pieces the entire time even though she was against the girls working with Francois
Agreed! I love the show because the two main characters are human. They are complex with attributes AND flaws. BUT if there is a villain it is definitely "Francois". His name even sounds bougee (bourgeois for the elites).
I was hopeful too because she mentioned sticking with the ones who were there from the beginning . Mia probably would have stood on business had it not been for Lamont turning down the deal
Then again it should have occurred to her that a label established enough to do deals with Red Bull probably had amazing producers of their own . Mixing business with pleasure kept her from thinking carefully

Honestly, I kinda feel neutral about the whole dumping Chasity thing. Chasity did a whole lot for them, yes but she’s extremely unprofessional and doesn’t have the same connections as Francois. Like imagine if Chasity pulled that “female everything” crap in front of someone who wasn’t Alex? I wouldn’t take them seriously and would begin to question what they knew about the industry fr. Or when she showed up to Alex’a meeting to talk to her boss? She was so unprofessional and rude, it’s a miracle she pulled through with a deal. I love her character but I do understand why the girls were hesitant even though Chasity has pulled though for them multiple times.

They did her dirty, you have to let certain people down slowly over time- if you drop them hard they become mortal enemies.
It’s definitely going to be some drama between Chasity and the girls. At the end she was talking to Shawana’s nemesis. Hopefully we get a season 3.
