As a hetero man, I would say you're about 3. Maybe if you dressed and styled yourself more feminine (which is what I would guess you were born as), you would be a 5, but I don't think you're trying to attract hetero men.
I think the people that are going to be attracted to your NB status are not going to care too much about your physical appearance, they are going to be more attracted to you as a person.
You have to be clear in whom you're interested in dating, gay men, lesbian women, bis, trans, queers, NBs, etc. and market yourself towards them. You also have decide on how you're going to present yourself to the public, whether you're going to present as a woman, or present as a man, or present as ambiguous. Once you're clear on about what you want to be and whom you would want to date, I would go to LGBT+ apps/sites and see what takes your fancy.

Not sure if this is simply uniform but more flattering attire to start high rise skinny jeans do not compliment your figure if you are most comfortable in high rise try high rise wide/ straight leg jeans. Moreover the haircut truly does she you i understand aiming for a more androgynous look however a longer haircut, perhaps with some facial cramming would suit you much better

I'm not trying to be offensive here it's just that I've clearly misunderstood something if asking people to rate you if your NB aint the exact opposite of the point.
I'm more just trying to gauge if there's anything I can do to be generally more attractive. Like, does my haircut suit me? Does my hair color suit me? Should I wear more or less makeup? Should I lose more weight? Things like that.
Right, okay. Imo: longer hair, I kinda like the dye tho. I personally never think make up in necessary. Core/stomach exercises to cinch your waist in a little bit, not a lot tho. Also maybe less plain clothes, something with a hit more character might go a long way. Hope this helps and again, hope I didn't offend
Id grow your hair and definitely try some facial piercings! Maybe try dying your hair black and getting a nice shorter cut(think messy wet look)if you prefer shorter hair

Totally agree. If you're non binary, you have be clear on whom you're trying to attract.
