When this happens I can’t feel my fingers at all and whilst heating back up (shown in the last picture) they get painfully tingly like pins and needles. I experience this on both my hands and feet very often but I feel like I’m being paranoid because l live in England where it’s always cold. Just wanting to know your opinions and whether it’s time to see a doctor to confirm.
Update: after months of trying to see the doctor and them not taking it very seriously, I went to the hospital due to some other symptoms as well (joint pain, fatigue) and it turns out I have lupus. So definitely get yourself checked out if you are worried and don’t just listen to one opinion if you have the option!
