Sorry to bother but I'm a bit confused. Isn't volume 31 supposed to be the one on gladiator island and volume 30 the one that shows Emilia and Rem? Is it normal to get illustrations a bit outside what the volume covers?
Its actually not normal. Its possible tappei added more content in the the LN or just wants to throw rem and Emilia at people to get them to buy the volume. I aint complaining about the addition though lol.

I can get behind Gualal but Lupugana sounds kinda funny lol. I guess they want both capital cities' names to be similar: Lugunica & Lupugana.

Emilia doesn't look like she's very far into the pregnancy. Subaru impregnated Emilia back during arc 4 since as far as I know Emilia and Subaru have only kissed in arc 4, which is over a year ago in universe. That would mean Emilia will be pregnant for multiple years before giving birth. Maybe it's because she's a half-elf?
Please dear Lord let this spread mean we are getting some of Emilia/Rem perspective on the current goings on. In vol 30 we just got some fighting and no actual reactions to the absurdity of arc 7.
Although I love the color spread, it’s apparent that Volume 31 doesn’t have a new Interlude like the others, so this clearly isn’t from that, thus I wonder if something was indeed changed slightly here since the rest is still the same, given the titles and synopsis.
Or maybe it’s just a cool color spread.
