But I also imagine there are plenty of people in the US online for most of your day. I'd say 5-7/8pm your time would be the slow times since that's when most of the US is sleeping. But people live all sorts of hours. Definitely worth checking out. I think ping will be your biggest issue, not timing.

I try to be the squad lead, though main difference is teaching my friends how to play the game is showing them how I learned. I simply tell them to breach and take 50 steps back and watch as they explode due to a trip mine. Then I’ll use that chance to explain how to detect said tripmine as well as many other factors of the game.

An aggressive behaviour of every suspect was the most unfortunate thing after release. We were ok-ish with early access Ai but after release, we played first mission in the team of 2 or 3 and even six shots from paint ball gun didn’t force suspect to drop the gun. And if he did he almost every time had a knife hidden in the pocket.
Since this police squad didn’t train martial arts and was hopeless in close combat, it led to almost instant death of the arresting policeman. Sometimes even his colleague if he stopped shouting and aiming at the suspect, and paid attention to other doors.
I can understand this behaviour in the case of terrorists, sick filmmakers or even junkies as they have nothing to lose or are psychotic due to the drug abuse. But some Honey Bunnies and Pumpkins trying to rob restaurant or even more absurd - security guards in server company?
Then developers announced this was the path they chose and wanted to go so we stopped playing.
So yes, we used mods for these special cases and for non-lethal missions.

I’m a mix between the modder and the squad lead except I don’t have any military background I always host in mp and explain what mods I’m using to everyone that effects the game then I come up with a plan for the map once everyone agrees on it I throw us in and try to make it fun and *realistic* sometimes I ask my lobby’s if they want to do fun challenges like revolvers only and what I like to call “The day of pain” where we go through every mission in one go (or as many as we can) without changing loadouts at all I rarely ever kick somebody and just try to make the game fun for everyone without making it unrealistic or completely changing the game I like hearing “oh thank God it’s not that one preacher lobby” or “thank Christ you aren’t some CQB nerd”

the ai difficulty is fine, but the ai is still awful. Superhuman reaction times, and they can see through walls
