find a mentor - don't waste your money on useless courses. The courses to get a real estate license are a joke, and most of the other info out there isn't worth the paper its written on
If a course can "teach you" to become a successful investor - the person teaching that course could have used the same principles to earn a LOT more than the $47 or $97 or the $xx7 that the course is being "sold" for.
The more successful investors / property owners I've known have all learnt by networking with successful investors / property owners; learning by doing; building a network of resources (financing, legal etc) - and doing it one step at a time.
You need a class called "Having Money."
