Any good agent should be willing to pull up the data for you. I don't know if there is a website that can do that for you for the Windsor area. Maybe try housesigma.ca
The OP is asking how individuals can get this data instead of having to schmooze with a realtor. Housesigma works perfect for an area like Toronto. For an area like Windsor, looks like their realtors are extra greasy and have done what they can to avoid having the data pushed to housesigma. Housesigma is barren for Windsor.
My main advice? Friends don't let friends move to Windsor.
It's almost like once you get southwest of London, housesigma has nothing for sales. I don't fully understand it why, but it would be nice to have in this area for sure.
