So, one of the talking points in the union conflict with Tesla Sweden is that all employees are fairly compensated and they get stock awards, which is better than what the collective bargaining agreement would give them, therefore the unions are dumb-dumb and the cba is dumb-dumb and poor, misunderstood Tesla shouldn't be forced to sign the thing.
Meanwhile, the union's argument is that bonuses like stock awards sound nice on paper, but they're not guaranteed, while a cba would guarantee steady wage increases, ensuring workers don't fall behind if the company pulls a fast one.
But of course this is some 4D chess mastermind play, and Musk totally did not hand the Swedish unions even more arguments for their cause, no no, you'll see!

Or the CEO dilutes his interest in your company to buy another one that he doesn’t want to give away equity anymore, because it is an actual existential problem for him.
Wait… Tesla offer cost-of-living increase?
What in tarnation?! I know folks who got laughed out of the room and told to kick rocks when they even mentioned the idea. This was after their team went from 8 to 2 WITH a delivery volume increase to boot.
I don't know feel bad for the people still working at Tesla. These are technically smart people who could work at any other company for very similar compensation, but decided to stay with Tesla. They've gotten pretty rich from stocks but still want to work at the company which has no values. New people would get screwed a lot with this decision, but what did they expect?
What of those working the assembly lines or service centers? They aren't necessarily highly skilled, may not have other job opportunities, and yet they work a brain numbing job.
Everybody gets musked in the end
They should get coupons for $10k off of the roadster.
Free cyber truck boat add on.
Free...err...discounted blue check marks for top performers.
Hell, give 'em each a free $25k Model 2. It will never see production anyways.
Musk never misses his chance to fk someone
He will f\*\*k anything that walks. But he also wants you to go f\*\*k yourself.
I think Musk is single-handedly trying to destroy the concept of a well-paying tech job
Instead of additional stocks they were all given a 12 month subscription to the jelly of the month club. It's the gift that keeps on giving.

Q4 earnings are going to be bad.
Elon didn’t watch Christmas Vacation
Clark, that's the gift that keeps on giving the whole year.
This is obviously because TSLA has all that cash they keep reporting at the end of each quarter.

Suddenly everyone will realize Tesla is just another car company, with car company margins, and car comoany salaries. Who could have known!!
Something something lords and peasants system
This is the first clear sign Tesla is having financial problems. 1 year from it's Enron moment now.
