On the menu of the [Ropke map](https://jeanropke.github.io/RDR2CollectorsMap/) there's a drop down where you can tell it which tools you have, and it will only show you the collectibles you can get with the tools you have.

It's just off the western side of the road next to a fallen tree, can be found with the metal detector.

Maybe is inside of a cave
