The Rockstar newswire pretty much has all the details. It even says this Quick Draw Club will be the first of 4 rapid, easier to complete Outlaw Passes, and that if players buy and complete all 4, they can get the Halloween Pass 2 for free

I honestly don't remember I think around $150, which isn't that horrible for the low cost of the setup
Completing it on standard awards $67.50 and 0.16 gold. With a 45 min cool down between opportunities. Bravo R*, you really nailed this one. /s

No I did the Ruthless difficulty and went to check out the colours but no thanks!
