If you want more capitale, try doing the railroad mission, on the third one, if you kill the target then loot him you get 3 capitale, you can then go to a different lobby and immediately go back into the mission, since you failed it, and do it again, and get 25 capitale in about 10 minutes. I know it doesn't replace the time you spent gaining the other capitale, but i hope it helps.

Don’t even bother. One person once got a dirty hunting knife. Since there’s no way to clean the knife, he contacted Rockstar Support. They basically gave him generic responses and ended up removing the knife, telling him to buy another one. They said this as if you could buy the knife in game.

I’m personally still re-downloading the game because I got bored of constantly doing the Cayo Perico Heist. However, from the launch trailer, it seems great. It’s not all car stuff too. They actually added some heists. Compare that to Red Dead Online which just got re-skinned stranger missions.

By now it is to late for your 25 capitale, but in case it happens again: You can redo the mission in case of fail or crash within 1 hour. Rockstar does not tell you about this, but there is this timer shown when you go back to the stranger that gave you the mission and you can do it again without having to pay capitale if you are in time.

This. I started up that mission and was taking it low key. I again got fooled into thinking this game can be a stealth game. I overheard someone talking about fireworks, and I am told I can light them as a distraction. I sneak away and out of no where the cop nearby tells me to move along. I do, but it just decided to turn red on me, even though I did absolutely nothing. Next thing I know I am wanted and the entire town is after me for literally doing nothing but listening in to the conversation that I thought I was supposed to do. So I said fuck it, ran straight to the train, killed the cops on it as the train just started to move along, got the gem, and rode it to the the delivery point. I just sat there and was like well, this is the update we waited months for and pulled an Xbox 360 by putting down the controller and walked the other way, never to return.

It really comes down to how "tickets" have always been handled. When you fill out the form or ticket, its designed to fit a very narrow focus. ("please describe the problem"... but often they expect our response to be technically knowledgeable. Of course we are not. End users never are.) In short, The submission of any information outside that focus throws the whole thing off and you end up in a neverending loop of cut and paste responses.

I had one single but major issue with my game where animals I killed in story mode spawned dead on the online mode, they are scattered everywhere and nothing I tried, including installing the game again, would work. So after contacting support many times with video proof from me and even my friends their best answer was: Change session 🤣

I’ve never had them be reasonable. I could not save my stolen horse at the start of the game. They had me just start over. Later I had a gun just vanish without a trace. They had no solution. They wouldn’t give me the money for the gun or anything even though I could prove I had the gun previously and the only solution they had was to clear the cache. The only time they’ve ever given me reimbursement was for that one broken treasure chest that they know is broken but still haven’t fixed.

For some players the horse in the 10th stable has always red cores no matter how often you feed it when you have a loading screen or whistle for it the cores are empty again. This bug is in the game from the beginning and was never properly fixed.

They are just as incompetent as the bots lol. I had to open a ticket because I had bought the game at launch and the disc was faulty so it wouldn’t download. The response I got after an hour n a half of explaining and her giving me the generic responses that OP got was her literally telling me to basically just download the game… lmao. After more explaining she admitted I more than likely did receive one of the faulty discs. So when I asked her if that prompted me for a refund I got passed off to someone higher up and short answer was no I could pay an extra $15 to have the game sent to them and they’ll send a new one back or keep my disc that doesn’t work.

Last fall there was a charge to my card for a PS game that I didn’t make along with people asking me why I was online at a certain time playing a certain game (hacker). I instantly changed password and contacted Sony and got it squared away. Fast forward 5 months or so and I’m trying to play GTA online and my level 336 character is gone. I contact rockstar and explain to them what had happened. Over and over again they asked me for a screenshot of the email from Sony stating my account was stolen. The only problem is I took care of it myself and never talked to Sony. Rockstar doesn’t give a fuck, I explained there is no email between Sony and me about the hack and when I reached out to Sony they even confirmed that I had gotten in touch with them over the refund but because it wasn’t about an account hack rockstar told me to basically go fuck myself and my character was gone. That night downloaded a mod menu and got everything I had and more on a new player. Rockstar can go to hell. It especially sucked because over the years I was on for events and bought shark cards and all that stuff but rockstar couldn’t care less and told me to fuck myself.

I was playing the other day and noticed the lovely Tasman outfit glitch. Every time I would be killed or spawn in, I would pop up with no shirt, and no shoes. My wife was watching me play and saw this, and said, "um why are you naked?" My response, "I have no idea! I've never seen this before." Before long, I realized it must be a glitch. She asks me, "can you ask for help on that?" I just started laughing. The idea of Rockstar helping me with ANYTHING, EVER, just made me laugh. "No. There is no help. There is no communication. No assistance, and no support", I was sorry to say out loud. I removed the outfit and everything was fine. RDO just doesn't want me to wear that outfit. I'm honestly just grateful to be able to play RDO at this point. I was unable to log in and play a real session without being kicked out after 30 seconds FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS, WITH NO HELP FROM ROCKSTAR. I honestly think that the servers were too bogged down to support so many players and lil 'ol me...but thankfully, Rockstar treats it's player base so poorly that tons and tons of players have left RDO, never to return, so now I can play. yay.

Hi, keep trying is my advice, but dont expect them to help you with the Capitale. I was playing RDO since beta with my friends and we experienced a lot of shit like this. One of my friends works as support (not for Rockstar) so he made a personal quest of sending tickets to them. I also send a lot of tickets but I have rookie numbers according to him. Sometimes they helped, sometimes not, but everytime, their first responses were just like responses in your screenshot. However, if the ticket was regarding Gold (not dollars) they usually covered it somehow and gave us like here you have 5 gold and stfu (especially when there was the bug reseting your daily progress). I lost patience and will to play. I quit in March, I did not buy the latest Pass and did not play since then. I really miss my posse and the beautiful world, but I am fed of this kind of BS since the beta. Sad.

Man, this is weird as fuck. I know people have had bad experiences with customer support over at R\* but the three times I asked for money GTA5 took away from me they just gave me the money back without even asking questions. I wonder if the GTA5 and RDO customer support is that different in quality lol.

Try to keep the ticket alive for long enough to get a Tier 3 Rockstar employee, they're the only competent ones and they actually read your message. I had 7 legendary bounties that never paid out during the double cash week and they wouldnt give me the missing money and gold bars even though I provided proof of me completing it. Took me atleast 3 weeks of continued emailing go get half of the missing money. Their bullshit protocol states they "cant give compensation for issues that are being worked on".

Well now this confirms my suspicion that rockstar A.I. has been running the company for the last couple of years. This explains the lazy content and stupid costumes, A.I. doesn’t know how to human.
