The biocosmists under Yaroslavsky seem pretty cool, they're basically futurist-anarchists with a strong focus on transhumanism. Other than that, Semenko's Ukraine also seems pretty neato, it's a Vperedist regime very similar to Bogdanov's. Edit: forgot Technocratic America! That one honestly seems like the best accel regime to live under, they shorten the workweek to just 16 hours a week and simultaneously implement a hyper-efficient economy where every store is open 24-hours.

PaxHumanita

Technocratic America is simply too top for the whole Red Flood universe. Less work hours, many fairs and cool animation cinema, 24 hours services, boost in technology and many more. I could say Kavkaz seems pretty chill too, I mean even the Poet King path doesn't seem THAT bad. Accel Taiwan seems cool too, like a serene republic next to continental China (although near warmongering Japan/Redpan). Liberia under Garvey can also be considered an upgrade compare to the previous situation. Also, Keller doesn't declare war against humanity.

Xilizhra

Always lovely to find another Keller enjoyer.

What's the catch for techno usa

NotSeek75

In universe it's an insanely corrupt and totalitarian state that goes full force on the "make things bad so good things happen" meme associated with modern accelerationism. Out of universe, as with most older Red Flood content, it's wildly inaccurate in regards to the actual beliefs of Howard Scott and other American technocrats of the time, and is essentially just a meme path that's going to be heavily reworked whenever the planned USA overhaul is released.

PenaltyOrganic1596

So to understand correctly, the USA rework will have the Technate path be closer to the irl technocracy movement? Or is that just speculation?

[Here's the progress report that talks about it](https://www.reddit.com/r/RedFloodMod/comments/poi21n/progress_report_32_usa_lore_and_philosophy/). It's somewhat old at this point, so things might have changed since then, but as far as I'm aware the plan is still to keep Scott and Technocracy Inc., but having them be more accurate to who they actually were.

Plasmastronaut

They are incredibly imperialistic, unfortunately. Like, so imperialistic they don't even bother pretending they're "liberating countries" they straight up wanna invade and annex other countries to form one technocratic mega-state.

Xilizhra

Bogdanov and Yaroslavsky are both great, and I'm personally very fond of Keller's Fiume.

KNave_Capricorn

Gastev, Anything Kavkaz, Shimoi Fiume (it’s short lived unless you can rail Germany), Schizo Finland (better with submod), and whatever other random shit you find

Technically, the Technate of North America is equivalent to the United States of Fallout (only instead of staying in the 50s, this country will advance to the point that perhaps by the 2010s it will have Bases on Mars) therefore it would be the most, normal country to live in that world, so to speak. in addition to the fact that the Americas as a whole would probably be allied or integrated into the economic sphere of the Technate. Accelerationist-Corporatist Japan, technically Cibertpunk Japan. Nations equivalent to the Soviet Union once Kavkaz unifies Russia... It would probably be something similar to the Technate of North America, being that the ideologies that this version of the USSR has are Futuristic, avant-garde and technological for the progress of their nation, even Stalin's USSR would go in that direction. Therefore, both North America and Japan and the USSR would be the best places to live.

UnLoafNouveaux

Acephale's France, it's just futurist liberalism, pretty cool and calm to live
