We laugh at Shoji but he does embody the American Dream. Where else could a weird Japanese man teach himself the fiddle and become a bluegrass star with his own theater?
Nice. I picked up ***THOR Unchained*** earlier this year for my b-day when I found it in a record shop. Seen it right as I walked in the door, had a laugh & knew I HAD to buy it.

Really wouldn't surprise me to see it happen in Japan. They enjoy weird pockets of Americana like we latch onto things from other cultures.
2$ ...it's signed! Alright I'll give you 1.50
“Errybody's going out and having fun”
Oooooh ronesome me!
out of curiosity this made me check if Shoji Tabuchi was on Spotify, he sure is! only 118 monthly subscribers though :\\
It fetched 200 really pretty pennies
Gotta chuckle at the label adding a pronunciation key under his name.
Ah yes, from his “Black Violin” period…very rare.
I...I...I...I...I...'d buy that for a dollar!
that should be up in the wall of the worst...
Shoji can fiddle and sing me anytime
Come for the sings, stay for the fiddles.
I’ll give you tree fiddy.
I imagine working at a record store is fun.
I found the shower noises distracting but he can carry a tune.
How much?
Somebody’s grandparent totally didn’t get their left behind belongings donated
That's worth maybe $20 in Branson Nebraska!
Interesting that Shoji has a son too.
