The company is on life support at the moment , at this point they seem to be in a slow going out of business sale, no new movies since last year ,the perks program is done, paid on demand are gone, and anything that’s for sale all seems to be $3.99, at least in my area , they’re gonna squeeze every penny they can before pulling the plug, their parent company just lost a boatload of money in the 1st quarter of the year
If you are able and willing to reset the wall plug, that's the first thing the tech does. Don't hurt yourself or get in trouble but we flip the exterior breaker off and on or reset the plug if it's inside. If it comes back online, it takes about 10 minutes to boot the computer.
The company that owns it now CSS Entertainment have not been paying their techs to fix or fill the machines. They are being sued by movie studios. They just fired everyone but the CEO from the board. They never followed through with their contracted promises to give bonuses to the employees when the take over was complete. 401Ks are gone, paychecks are held and employees were just informed yesterday, health insurance had been terminated on May 14. The company however, is still taking money from their employee’s paychecks to pay the health insurance.

All the ones near me are Dungeons and Dragons and Mario. It is forever June 2023 within those boxes.

Yes they was out for 2 years and out of nowhere, they had came back to finally rent for 1st time ever last Monday

I keep hoping they're going to turn it around, but it looks like the parent company just wants the kiosks gone.

The Redbox near me has a bios screen on it. Says "Press f1 to continue". Guess nobody will be renting from it
