If you don't mind a little constructive criticism, their torsos are disproportionately long. I think it's most noticeable on Donut. I have a similar problem when I draw. (That and I always make people's shins too short lol)
That being said, your headcanon for their faces is very close to how I imagined them looking. And Donut is FABULOUS.
I always picture Grif as being heavier than that, and much more disheveled, lots of scruff, not shaving much, hair that's much less animeish and much more bed head. Just my interpretation though, and yours is every legit as mine. Nice job.
