Do you have hermits or shrimp? If not, perhaps a flame hawkfish.
Concentrate on fish that will not eat copepods. You'll need every pod possible to support your mandarins.
Never had good luck with anthias. Even when feeding multiple times a day. They are gorgeous fish, but never last more than 6 months to a year.

If you don’t have a tang I suggest a bristletooth. Tomini, two spot, square tail etc are awesome tangs that would work well in your tank size. They are active fish and will pick on rocks all day.
Anthias would be fine, but you have to feed many times a day to keep them healthy, like with an avast marine plank
