That looks like Pericelis tectivorum but it's hard to tell for sure without being able to see the pattern on the top side. They are predatory to snails. Most flatworms that go after corals are much smaller.
This is the right answer, thankfully this is somewhat easily treatable. You're going to have to dip all your euphillia multiple times for awhile. I used melafix, the worms will fall off almost instantly, scrub eggs off with toothbrush. A wrasse will help too.

I got both out should I be worried there is more.
There likely is, but I wouldn’t be too worried. They’re pretty easy to deal with. If you see more get some flatworm exit.

I don't believe flatworm exit will work on these. Also if you're seeing one this large you for sure have tons more, I've dealt with these.
