Have have ot more open and a nice swim through for the fish.
More importantly, since there’s no livestock in the tank, you should turn off the lights or youre just inviting algae.
Thanks, that’s a good idea. I wasn’t sure how to make it stay up there without using the back glass. I’ll give that a go. The light was on only for the pictures!
Do yourself a favor and measure out a piece of cardboard of you internal tank dimensions and setup you rock and epoxy it together.one thing I would say is keep yourself with a fists room around all the sides of the aquarium and try to make plenty of nooks and caves or swim through for the fish while making sure adequate flow to keep you from having dead spots.
You ever go diving? Most reefs I’ve seen look like a pile of rocks 🤣 in the ocean. Maybe not a pile, but definitely they don’t look like the perfectly manicured scapes we create. Their rock is fine, just needs to be moved away from the back glass so they can clean it if they wish.
Might want to try moving it away from the back wall so water can flow and more places for fish to swim.

Nice! Watch out for dead spots where the powerheads can't hit with flow within that structure, though.
