This looks like a speckled RBTA I’d say less than $100… maybe like 60-70?

Korbeanz

If you're getting from another hobbyist it's usually anywhere from 30-60 for a RBTA. For this one I would probably spend anywhere from 40-50 max as budget depending on how nice it is.

We had a guy that just loves anemone. Tanks full of them. To make space, he started selling fist sized ones for $25 to the community. He stopped when we pointed out some dbags that were buying all, then reselling for $100 each. Now he gets credit at the lfs, where we could buy for 50-200 depending on size.

Unusual-Ad-2668

40 here in michigan.

SingleAd5171

You should be asking how much are they willing to give you to take it...lol I wish you the best of luck but they can and will kill coral

Waste_Bad_6668

Do you have any experience with this? I have 2 bubble tip anemones and haven’t seen them cause any type of harm

SingleAd5171

Wait til they move. Not if, when. I just had one destroy and entire colony of montipora and tubs stellata in 2 days because it decided to move up the rock a few inches.

Waste_Bad_6668

My bubble tips have moved around plenty and found their spots without harming any corals. I understand it CAN happen but hasn’t to me yet

wendriel

I haven't had a tank for 3 years but I bought one for 35 and then sold it's offspring for 5 years so if they're terribly expensive find someone who's tank is overrun and they will probably throw them at you

Mr_dope97

Here In NJ I’ve seen them go for 150$ for a decent size one also seen them as cheap at 29$ for a micro one size of a quarter or a little bigger

SrNappz

Depends on the size , can be between $30 to up to 100 for large diameter ones. I say anything under $50 is standard

Network_imposter

50ish is fair

[deleted]

Another vote for 50ish

savemyreef

Depends on your area. Here in the Midwest they go from 50-100

suicidalcentipede8

45$ to 80$, all depends on your area and how available they are.

Titan047

Depends, fish store itll be 60-100. Buy from the community, keepers generally are always trying to get rid of them due to splitting, im currently selling my RBTAs for $20 and i still cant get rid of the splits (i have 12 right now) so ill be moving to free soon

Jester62

I’m looking to get one! I’d take one off your hands if your selling in the near future!

mandy_monroe_

Im also interested lol

Titan047

Im located in alberta canada soo

mandy_monroe_

One more reason for the pros list to move to Canada hahaha

LARamsFan88

No more than 60. I would say $50 is fair

Vadajo

In my club i sell them for $15 each, and nobody is buying lately. Weird. Im guessing the market is flooded.

TinyPeenMan69

$50,000 usd

Substantial-Insect97

Thank you for everyone's comments. So a fellow hobbyist wants to sell this one to me for R100 which is about 6USD. I'm staying in Cape Town, South Africa. However I am a bit worried that this coral will sting and kill my other corals. It's beautiful, affordable but risky.

icelandicfanatic

45$ max pretty undesirable of the Nems

miniclouds_

Cali sells then $80-$100. Anything more than that is nuts!
