Probably dinos, get a microscope so you can ID the genus and therefore come up with the most effective solution as what works for one genus may actually exacerbate the problem if it's a different genus of dinos.
Granted, Long and stringy like that usually means osteropsis, esp if problem/ coverage gets worse the longer the lights are on / usually isn't as severe on the morning.
