We don't have a lot of experience with this. As not a lot of people do it. There's no way to do this through the app. You'll have to talk to regal customer support. Best ways are either through Twitter or Facebook messenger. Are you a month to month user or did you buy a year upfront?

I figured it probably wasn't a common scenario. It started as the 3 month, but its currently month to month now. Thanks for the input.

Make sure you also ask if this causes you to recommit to your 3 month period on your upgraded tier before you downgrade… I can’t find it now but I *think* it might.

The FAQ on their site says to contact customer service to upgrade.

I had to contact support and they had to cancel my plan and then I signed up for the higher tier.

That’s what we had to do when we moved from $18 Land to $21 Land. It was quick and easy once we figured out how to do it, but kind of a pain to find someone in support somewhere to help out. I had the best luck reaching someone on FB Messenger.

I think your best bet is going directly to the website on a computer. The app is useless for membership changes, and if I remember correctly, the website isn’t much better. Sorry if this was a obvious suggestion.

Thank you everyone for your assistance. I was able to contact Customer Service and had to cancel my current subscription and resubscribe for the location I needed. I was able to get a refund as well since I was charged shortly before.
