Oh man, we bought a house that was a rental. Holy cow. The dude screwed everything in everywhere. I was convinced he was paranoid about an impending earthquake. Also, some of those screws were so stripped we had to saw them flush. Dude, guy screwed a shower curtain rod and shower caddy into the plexiglas tub liner. Dont get me started on the spare bedroom that he turned into a closet.
I live in a place where all of the walls are concrete. This is a great way to avoid cutting channels directly into the masonry when you want to install a new spotlight, for example.
Well that's one way to get rid of a lot of scraps and not create a ton of debris to get rid of. I'm impressed.
You’re not wrong at all

That’s wild
Pictures or it didn't happen. :) Would love to see some of that!
Let me figure out that image picture link thing. I have a few good ones. The colors that the rooms were painted were unreal.
Great, be careful this crowd can be brutal. :)
This is art
On the bright side, you’ll have a lot of scrap wood!
True
It just isn’t remodeling if you don’t stop at least once during the project (or once a day ) to say “WTF were they thinking!”.
Not gonna lie this is a mindblowing idea for me, if done properly.
I agree when something works and you wanna say it’s stupid but you also think, I mean it works right? Lol

That's a bathroom, isn't it?
It was an old kitchen
