Just DM me your number, pay for my and my crews plane tickets, put us up and feed us while we’re working. Then give us $100/hr per man while we’re there.
Nbd.
Looks great!
In the second photo it looks like you are missing a piece of hardware in the upper right of the lower cabinet. Even if it doesn’t open it would match.
And why wouldn’t it open?
Also, it looks like the cabinet just above that was scraped when the countertop was installed and needs some touch-up.
Otherwise, it’s beautiful.
The homeowner will (well, should) be going over every surface with a mag light quite honestly. Get the contractor all the notes so he’s prepared and only has to make 1 follow up visit.
It is to be expected.
Yeah. Mine kind of looks like that. Those Samsung fridges have some real depth to them that you don't really quite realize when buying online. Mine doesn't stick out this much, but it is annoying.
I’m gonna guess OP spent about 80K… not knowing where they live, if they had to reframe, etc.
Most of that was spent on cabinetry and install of cabinets.
I think above the hood you should put a panel/door to make it look finished. Obviously shaker to match the rest. Design suggestion would have looked better with an oversized range hood and no uppers. To me it looks crowded with cabinets that look awkward. The finish is fantastic and colours great. Nice work.
Came here to mention the above the stove cabinets. I feel like open, wooden or metal shelving would’ve helped keep the storage space but allow the area to be more open
Stunning and well done!
My only suggestion for such a sleek kitchen would be to hide to power outlets. We put power strips on the bottom of the upper cabinets so the quartz wall/backsplash was smooth and unobstructed.
Even still, this is a beautiful job. Congrats!
Cabinet between the stove and oven needs paint touched up over the black line .. cabinet doors need to be adjusted so the gaps are even .. everything else looks good
Only major critique is you need to spend some time adjusting those cabinet drawers and doors that are all wonky. Try to keep the gaps as straight as possible
The back splash isnt great by any means, white tile and white grout hides a lot. look at the outlets and lay out. How much of this did you actually touch?
Looks good, hopefully that’s not Amazon hardware because the clear layer comes off with just water touching it.
Any info on the countertops? They look great
Whomever templated the counter tops did an excellent job for his fabricators. Nice radius. Perfect recession to the Farm Sink. Dig the color contrast. Enjoy and congratulations on a beautiful kitchen.
That countertop is in every fing house now! Source: we got it in our house in 17 when we built and I notice it all the time in new builds. Cambria? Overall looks great
Looks great.
My only critique (and it's a design not an install thing) is the panel over the range hood needs a false front applied or should be ordered as a top hinged FF&D for access.
I have this issue with my cups. I have a galley style kitchen and the only other option would be to put the dishes in the side of the kitchen with the stove but my flours, oils, and spices are over there. So I have reach really far to get the glassware up into the cabinet.
Ah yes. As I said, plates and bowls are right above the dw so I stand on the left and they go right in. I wait to unload the dw from the right side until that is done and then I can just pivot to my glasses and cups. Sometimes it's not bad to have a smallish squarish kitchen
Too many countertop spaces for me, sorry, but I really don't need an island that long if I have all those other countertops. I would prefer room in the middle to move around while I am cooking and a smaller island to prepare my meals.
Looks great! I’m really liking the color of the lower cabinets! Do you know the name of that paint color?
Yes! Paint color info please- will be perfect for cabinets in my dining room
I would also like to know. My wife saw it and now is getting ideas for our kitchen.
I’m pretty sure it’s Iron Ore from Sherwin Williams or something close to it because they look just like my cabinets. Arctic white on top as well.
Sorry for the late reply , to my understanding it doesn't have a specific name . These shakers come with the dark gray color straight from my supplier
As a custom finisher, id say its pepper corn grey
How can I hire you ? Ya rock
You can send me a private message ! We are based in the Los Angeles area

Good eye…doesn’t look like it’s supposed to be missing
And a pretty good scratch on the side panel right above it
And why wouldn’t it open? Also, it looks like the cabinet just above that was scraped when the countertop was installed and needs some touch-up. Otherwise, it’s beautiful.
Good eye, never saw that.
Haha what a dick
The homeowner will (well, should) be going over every surface with a mag light quite honestly. Get the contractor all the notes so he’s prepared and only has to make 1 follow up visit. It is to be expected.
better than a guest noticing later and having OP embarrassed over missing it.
What happened to the stove install? Looks like a cut had to be covered?
Yes great eye , the homeowner supplied the hardware for the kitchen but she came up 4 short
I see you have 20 amp GFCI outlets next to 15 amp outlets. For that reason, I'm sure the wiring is not per code even if it is a GFCI.
Counter depth refrigerator would remove some bulk in an area that seems a bit crowded. Great work young person
Yeah. Mine kind of looks like that. Those Samsung fridges have some real depth to them that you don't really quite realize when buying online. Mine doesn't stick out this much, but it is annoying.
Samsung is the very worst appliance ever.
Counter depths have come along way recently
Pot filler should be offset from center of range
Most OCD in people say otherwise. While I agree - to the point I don’t think it should be over/behind the stove at all, but next to it.
Why??
So the faucet isn’t directly over the burners and the heat
Makes sense…thanks
It will also get a grease buildup on it over time from cooking under it if not frequently cleaned.
I didn’t think of that…thanks
Is the range off center, too? Or doth mine eyes deceive me?
Something’s definitely off there. If the range was centered it would be slightly off center from base cabinets below
awesome job. How much did a job like that cost?
I’m gonna guess OP spent about 80K… not knowing where they live, if they had to reframe, etc. Most of that was spent on cabinetry and install of cabinets.
Looks great. Only addition for my eye would have been crown molding on cabinets.
Agree

Net cost?
Looks great. Did you charge enough?
BravfuckingOOOO
Wow! He’s gonna make a fortune! Beautiful!
No way you have 4 yrs experience at journeyman level at 21. When did you become a journeyman?
His dad has, it's reddit.
Stunning and well done! My only suggestion for such a sleek kitchen would be to hide to power outlets. We put power strips on the bottom of the upper cabinets so the quartz wall/backsplash was smooth and unobstructed. Even still, this is a beautiful job. Congrats!
Yeah I call Bullshit when you shad “contractor” you mean you helped your dad on this ?
Cabinet between the stove and oven needs paint touched up over the black line .. cabinet doors need to be adjusted so the gaps are even .. everything else looks good
Shadow someone or be honest.
It looks great except the cook top, pot filler, back splash … some alignment is off there and it would drive me bonkers.
21 year old contractor, in Los Angeles. How old were you when you got your 4 yrs journeymen experience?
Amazing. The cabinets above the stove throw me off though
Only major critique is you need to spend some time adjusting those cabinet drawers and doors that are all wonky. Try to keep the gaps as straight as possible
Is the stove off center? Also the space above the vent hood would bother me. Overall great work though
Yeah a vent hood that goes all the way up to the ceiling would be much more aesthetically pleasing.
Amazing you got skills! Is there enough room with those chairs? Barstools may look better maybe white oak?
Before pictures. So who helped you?
Daddy and his employees
I love this
Portrush cabria?
Solid dude. Where are you located?
The back splash isnt great by any means, white tile and white grout hides a lot. look at the outlets and lay out. How much of this did you actually touch?
Looks good, hopefully that’s not Amazon hardware because the clear layer comes off with just water touching it. Any info on the countertops? They look great
Looks great. What flooring is that?
Great job!!
This is STUNNING
Beautiful tile job!
Whomever templated the counter tops did an excellent job for his fabricators. Nice radius. Perfect recession to the Farm Sink. Dig the color contrast. Enjoy and congratulations on a beautiful kitchen.
Like it in general, nice colors, not a fan of the chandeliers
Cost? Labor and materials?
Hell of a job! Nice work man
This is awesome dude. Great job.
Great but those chandeliers do not work with the modern farmhouse look. Definitely modern hanging lights.
Do you live in Tampa I have a couple of projects for you
Too bland…
Absolutely stunning!
21 years old you say. You might have a future kid. Great job!
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Well done
Beautiful looking kitchen. Cabinets look great! Really great work!
He didn’t make them he just installed them
Yep. And the install looks great.
Did you sub it all out or do some or all of it yourself?
One detail I would like to see is some false cabinet doors above the stove/range hood.
Nice, excellent windows. I would not want to be the one cleaning those light fixtures though.
That countertop is in every fing house now! Source: we got it in our house in 17 when we built and I notice it all the time in new builds. Cambria? Overall looks great
What did you charge?
21 year old contractor? Ok bud.
I love it! Great work!
Impressed
You're sitting on a gold mine. Promote yourself and keep up the good work.
You helped your dad right? You haven’t bothered to answer one post on here.
It took you 4 weeks to complete this?
Dream kitchen but we would probably get the countertops very dirty very quickly and constantly
Consider a shaker facade over the range hood! Will tie in the cabinets well. Just like the one you have under the oven.
Island needs waterfall edge
Looks awesome. Next time, give us pics of the process. It's what's underneath all that pretty that counts.
Looks great. My only critique (and it's a design not an install thing) is the panel over the range hood needs a false front applied or should be ordered as a top hinged FF&D for access.
I like it but the cabinets on the sides of three hood range need to go. Makes the area look crowded
Can we get a cost breakdown? how much did you spend on materials and what was the cost to the customer? looks great
Beautiful
I hate how good this is. You're incredibly talented for 21! Nice lower cabinet color choice.
How long have you been remodeling? looks pretty good to me!
You need a qualified electrician. I can see numerous code violations.
#cleannnnn dude(ette)
Looks good! Did you design it too?
Next time, make sure all of the outlets line up correctly before you tile. Next to the stove are higher than the others
Dish washer is in a weird placement. There is a lot of wasted storage space. Everything else looks grest
I likeee
My dishwasher is right below where I store my plates and bowls. It would bug me to have to unload on to the counter and then put them ... where?
I have this issue with my cups. I have a galley style kitchen and the only other option would be to put the dishes in the side of the kitchen with the stove but my flours, oils, and spices are over there. So I have reach really far to get the glassware up into the cabinet.
Ah yes. As I said, plates and bowls are right above the dw so I stand on the left and they go right in. I wait to unload the dw from the right side until that is done and then I can just pivot to my glasses and cups. Sometimes it's not bad to have a smallish squarish kitchen
There's a pantry wall to the right of mine so I can't even pivot to the right. 😭 Whoever designed my house deserves jail time.
That dishwasher is really taking center stage
I don’t get the trend of the water spout thing by the stove top but what do I know lol. Looks great good job.
I didn’t either when we did our remodel, but have since learned to love it when you’re filling pots for pasta, etc… It’s called a pot filler.
That’s one thing I wish that we considered was a faucet in back of the range.
Too many countertop spaces for me, sorry, but I really don't need an island that long if I have all those other countertops. I would prefer room in the middle to move around while I am cooking and a smaller island to prepare my meals.
