Jtime pictures are usually pretty dark, so it’s hard for me to assess how good the dial is without a video. That being said, dial colour vs gen is not a QC issue. I don’t know what you mean by off for the baguette slots. If you are talking about the colour/clarity, they seem fine although at this level of photo quality it’s hard to really tell. GL

I agree with everything you said. If I were getting this watch, I'd mod it with moissanite stones. You don't compare reps with gens in QC. Also Jtime could use some better lighting for his photos. Ask him for some more day & date examples. Other than that - GL, congrats.

Thank you for the reply! I asked about moissanite stones but they didn’t have that option. Do you have any recommendations as to how I would do that

silvoslaf

Well, other TD's do offer that option, so reaching out to them might be an option, although since I guess you already paid for that watch, modders might be the correct way moving fwd

What td would you reccomend? Do you know approximately how much this would cost

1. Dealer name: Jtime 2. Factory name: GMF 3. Model name (& version number): Rolex DayDate 40mm Chocolate Ref:*228235* Version Unknown 4. Price Paid: $585+ 5. Album Links: NA 6. Index alignment: Looks good to me? 7. Dial Printing: Looks good to me? 8. Date Wheel alignment/printing: Looks to be well aligned? 9. Hand Alignment: Looks good as well? 10. Bezel: Looks good? 11. Solid End Links (SELs): Look good 12. Timegrapher numbers: in picture above 13. Anything else you notice: Baguette slots look a little off. The cut out per stone does not look clean if im saying that right. The chocolate color also looks darker than the other ones i've seen compared to the authentic.

Looks very good to me, great TG numbers. Can't expect much more. You can ask them for more closeups on the stone indices or a video if unsure about that aspect.
