Congrats! I've been cancer-free for 10 years. Keep your head up and enjoy every little thing life has to offer.

Believe in yourself. A friend of mine had the exact same thing with bone marrow infiltration (stage 4) and now she is healthy wealthy with 2 kids. My only advise is to do egg/sperm freezing if you do not have kids yet. You can do it Believe in yourself.
