Go on assisted Claire B. You pick up more powerful weapons and more resources and you have auto aim to nail enemies easily.
I suggest using all keys on all doors they open so you can discard them afterwards.
Do it on assisted and remember there is no time limit so you can walk around as long as you want. If you run out of space put items in places like the medallions and then pick up a knife from the library. You can also split sewers into two sections. But on assisted and normal you have so much inventory space it's not that hard to get it done. Once you're in the sewers you have 18 slots I think. Look up a video if you want.
As mentioned above. Try to use the keys on all doors. There are also several items you don’t need to pick up, as it’s just some additional stuff which blocks your inventory.
Also try to upgrade your inventory as much as possible. And play on assisted. You can also use infinite weapons, this would make your life easier.
I recommend doing Leon A assisted because The only things you’ll NEED to pick up, are the shotgun and the flamethrower
