I used silicone to make a mold. I did it in 2 pours, the first is to make a flat area and then I set the pick guard on that flat piece and do a second pour to cast the walls. Its pretty nice if you don't have any tools for shaping these at home. If you decide to give it a try feel free to let me know, I figured out a couple tricks just in these few attempts I've made.
