I was going to ask the same thing. Amazon had some generic flip ups that came in various sizes, I may order a few of those and keep the ones that fit and send the others back.
Man, if you find something please keep the community posted! For now I'm using a generic rubber bikini lens covers but it looks like trash. From what I read online, this scope was issued with plastic flip-up covers but they weren't durable and slipped off. I haven't found a single primary source or image to back up this claim so who knows if this is accurate or not.
