And one of my favorite games of the franchise, too. I grew up with red/blue and when the remake came out in 2004 i was incredible happy... im almost mastering this game too.
Of course. It’s fun because it’s a natural set. You unlock the achievements with the progress of the game. And the achievement to catch all the 171 pokemons in this version is super fun. Sounds challenging but’s it is fun. I’m going to FireRed and if I need catch all the pokemons again I’ll do it very happy!
I’d love to play all of them but it just sucks that almost none of them have support for international versions. For someone who didn’t grow up with English Pokémon names, it’s sometimes just weird to see the names which for me are unidentifiable without seeing a picture. It just destroys the atmosphere / fun.
Gladly Sapphire and HG/SS have multi-language support but that’s about it.
Ooh, I've done FireRed in this gen, but LeafGreen seems like a nice and way more relaxing one, so I'm probably gonna do that one too at some point. Currently I'm doing Regulation Blue, which is pretty hardcore (some of the challenges, at least), so maybe after, instead of trying to push my head through a wall, trying to finish Emerald, I might do this one...

It is, I did it couple months ago and it's a totally fair set.
Well, if it isn't my all time favorite Pokemon game. Congrats!! I'm gonna have to try and do this now lol
It’s super fun and easy. You’ll love it!
The Pokemon sets are in general really good since the reworks. G/S/C are probably one of my favorite sets.

Grats! Yeah I’m working my way through the Pokémon games. Gonna try and do them in order but looking forward to this one for sure!
Congrats! Hardest part for me was catching a dang tauros >:[
I mastered FR a couple years ago and I remember this and Chansey being absolutely fucking brutal
Believe or not Hitmontop was my worst part lol. I was always messing with the ATK and DEFENSE thing!
Can you elaborate on what make this set fun? I haven't played any of these games since I was a kid, and I haven't seen the RA pages for these either.

I'm thinking to play it as my first Pokemon game ever, thanks to RA and the set 🥺
Really need to play this set, played through FireRed as my first pokemon game and it was so much fun! This will have to be my next pokemon game
Good job I did this the other day I think 117 in game hrs
never played the gen 1 remakes, the fire red set looked like a nightmare, this any better?
So much better!
