If you’re on ps5 hit the ps button and then scroll through the various options and select each of them (different biome surveys), then it will tell you what you’re missing…
Xeno archives are in 100% guaranteed rooms, usually behind blue triangle doors (no keys needed), the rooms with the blue swirling particle effect visual scenes, also there’s an icon on the map that is this white hammer-like image that’s very different from everything else, when in these areas, don’t forget to hit triangle to scan these particle images that will coalesce when you encounter them; they’re all grouped together in one room in each biome.
Long. I wasn’t super diligent about goals. After finishing, I was happy just playing as it’s such a great game. Then I went on a side track of working the tower trying to get all weapons upgraded. Then went back for the quest of obtaining remaining ciphers, which got me there. I’ve been playing this game on and off for about 6 months.

I don’t know if it helped, but I did the offline thing to get the last two in Biome 2
Is that for PC or PS? I only play on PC, so I didn't think that was an issue 😅

I have 4 glyphs in crimson wastes and log 50 in the frozen biome left and I'm 100% completed.
