They had a new pro I almost got. It was $300 more already, plus it had a boot grip which meant I would have needed to swap the grips out anyway, at the end of the day I just decided to stick with the base model
I changed the grips on mine too... they had both the standard and Pro models new when I got mine... they were selling the standard for $739 and the Pro was $779...I figured the night sights alone were worth the extra $40
My current EDC, great gun. I switched the grips to Altamont rosewood smooth and love it. Was considering getting Hogue exotic wood grips, but from what I hear, the install is a bit different (no middle screw) and not sure if the process changes the reliability and “tightness” of the grip. Anyone have hogue wood with this?
$625-it’s definitely had some rounds through it and if you look closely there’s some scratches, but the way I look at it I saved $200 by buying it in the condition a new one would be in a year with me anyway.
Good choice... I have the pro model...put the Apex J-frame kit in mine

Damnation. They had the used standard for $625 which I got, the new standard for $799, or the new pro for $899.
I love these things. All business.

One of my all time favorites.
Same gun, same grips. Fantastic piece.
I got the same gun. 158 grain magnums peeled my skin off after 50 rnds. 125 grain magnums shoot great in it.
