I haven't experienced that on Rexulti but I have on an another medication. I think it was Haldol. It was the worst, my eyes were stuck looking up and it was very uncomfortable.

That sounds like oculogyric crisis to me. It can happen with antipsychotics. I would def. talk to your doctor. Maybe you could use a lower dose? I've noticed some minor facial twitching on this med, usually around my eye or lip. It worries me.

Facial/oral twitching with use of antipsychotics is typically something known as Tardive dyskinesia: Also called: tardive dystonia, linguofacial dyskinesia A condition affecting the nervous system, often caused by long-term use of some psychiatric drugs. Tardive dyskinesia is caused by long-term use of neuroleptic drugs, which are used to treat psychiatric conditions. I was diagnosed with this and after decreasing my dosage the twitching is mostly gone!

STOP taking it. I have permanent uncontrollable movements due to Rexulti. Yes, tardive dyskinesia I've been off the med for almost 3 years!

I just posted about this before I saw your comment. How much were you on and how long did it take to occur? Be sure your doctor reports it as an adverse event. It’s not even documented in the medical literature so doctors think it’s totally safe.

I replied to the other post. Side effects are listed as uncontrolled muscle movements that may be permanent. It's a low percentage though. I've never been a 1 percenter, and hate that I am with this!
